I know there are lot of tool there but frankly speaking , they do provide high quality but with larger file size.
I am looking software that can produce lower file size while maintaining good quality..
    Paid or free..both will work..
Do you know which codec should be used if i want to upload tutorials videos on youtube..
but i want less size and good quality...

Camtasia or CamStudio is what you're looking for.

Camtasia is very good. I must admit that the software is somewhat pricey. But if you take into account the time and effort that it saves you and what the software enables you to do, then it is probably a bargain. Camtasia really comes in handy for making tutorials.
