Hi everybody!
how many times have you guys came across a pop under showing a lander of a spinning wheel or some kind of win game that redirects then to a sweepstakes? many times i guess...
what if we could do something similar to the offline world? like designing eye catching scratch cards, adding qr codes in the back, that if scanned they open either a prelander or even the offer itself.
these can be distributed literally everywhere: car parks, mailboxes or simply hand them over to people in crowded places...obviously all this can be done only if this tecnique is approved by the affiliate network.
The only BIG issue i can think of is how to scale this concept, because:
- You can't travel across the whole country (or even fly to different countries) because it would be a waste of time & money and the promotion would be no longer profitable
- Relying on third parties (locals) is quite risky as there is no way to check if they are really distributing the scratch cards to people or simply trashing them.
So my questions are:
1) Did anyone try to do promote CPA offers using flyers, scratch cards etc...?
2) What kind of offer did you promote? Weight loss, CC submits, Sweepstakes, Apps...
3) How did you manage to scale the concept?
