Scraping with scrapebox

Hi Bhw,

Is it still possible to scrape keywords and URL's with proxyless with scrapebox?

Used to be possible to scrape Bing proxyless with scrapebox. Not anymore?

You can but like I said eventually they’ll temporarily ban the IP. You can still scrape a good amount though along with Yahoo

If for some reason you don’t want to scrape with proxies, the best way to do it would be to use a custom bot that works with xevil 5. This is what I do because my bot solves the recaptchas using xevil. I still use proxies so I can scrape multithreaded. But I don’t need hundreds of proxies anymore so this is very cost effective for me.

Sure you can scrape with no proxies, just use the detailed harvester and set a massive delay. I mean you might not like the speed, but its possible.

Proxies just are about speed is all, the more you have the faster you can go.

So maybe you need a 5 minute or 10 minute delay on detailed harvester. Maybe thats fine for you while you sleep and you don't need a lot of results, go for it. Maybe its too slow for production and you need proxies, its just about time.

you can start high on the delay and then keep lowering it till you start getting blocked and then you kind of know the sweet spot for that query type.
