Scraping Tool for Google Keyword Tool

Hi,

I am looking for a tool that provides the exact same functionality as the Google (Adwords) Keyword Tool but can take 1000s of keywords as input instead of 300. I am trying to automate this with iMacros but I am hitting a roadblock.
