Scraping quotes from another site

Hello,
I would like to create a website to buy people's old technology, cell phones specifically. The most difficult thing i cannot figure out is how to provide an online quote for potential customers. Is it possible for a customer to plug in the info on my site and then have the site scrape the data from another site and then populate a quote for the customer? I am open to any suggestions to get the customer an accurate online quote but have no idea where to start. Any help is greatly apprecitated!
