Go to THIS SITE (it's my site, but it's free). Type in the username in the "Download posts by username" and then on the next page and select - sort by: likes.
I'm currently using Infinicore and there is a tab called "Viral Finder" where you can scrape viral posts of specific users, it's free but you have limited research available and maybe you need to invite like up to 3 people to unlock the tab but I'm not sure about it (100% you need to invite for the hashtag tool but I'm not sure if you need to do it for this too) because I'm using this service for a long time
