That depends very much on what you want to scrape, which delays the scraper uses and whether programmatic IP change is integrated into your scraper.
In my experience you can connect even 100 accounts to one mobile proxy (low activity, only basic information being scraped, bot swaps IP before each new login), but for the most usual cases I would recommend up to 10.
