Scraping Live User ID's by Hand (How to be more efficient?)

I've been working on building a custom list for facebook ads. I can manually find their user ID through the "inspect element" function and manually finding the ID. The screenshot shows essentially what I see, I want to somehow isolate the data-gt part of the highlighted section.

Is there an app that I can use that can do this in mass quantities? I've tried scraper extension for Chrome, but have a hard time figuring it out..

Maybe it's me but i was in the understanding that you couldnt upload user ids and/or emails in bulk anymore into your lists?

I heard that too, but I thought that was only for redirecting emails to xxxxx@facebook .com
