Scraping group data to target

Anyone have any results if this is decent? Ive seen some methods to target FB group members via video with custom audience. Or scraping FB group members. I think I'll try it anyway but curious how accurate it is to scrape group members then target that data. Does it target those specific people? Or similar users?
