On Fiverr, you can get them for about a penny a record for just about any where in the world, as long as it's on Google Maps.
Just a heads-up though, if you need emails, you need to make sure that whoever you deal with provides emails for each of the businesses along with address, phone number, etc....
Google Maps doesn't list emails, so a whole other operation has to be performed in order to get an email for each of the businesses listed on Google Maps. Some providers on Fiverr may not offer that as part of their service (neither do most of the automated scraping tools online, btw).
