Scraping FB ID's for PPC Campaign

Hey guys, as everyone knows, a while back facebook made some changes with scraping ID's.

My question is. If you scrape IDs from a facebook group with the facebook emails, can they be imported into a facebook PPC campaign?

Hey, you can still scrape ID's. But you get their @facebook email. Those get blocked 99% of the time when you send them an e-mail..
I dont think you can import email addresses to a facebook page or w/e other than your personal profile.

Do tools like ulead pro scrape real emails or @facebook emails?

Yeah, I'm reading ULeadpro now, seems to not be available and 'Social Lead Gold' is in the clickable links.

What I mean is, Say I scrape facebook email ids. Which is the facebook email address.

When doing a targeted PPC campaign, do those emails work when importing a Custom audience.
