Scraping FB and Linkedin Data in bulk

I am looking for someone who can help me run a huge (800 million) list of email records through rapportive.com, using their api. They provide FB and Linkedin profiles (so basically you can verify if an email is being used on FB or Linkedin, and what their name and occupation is, etc.)
I don't know if there is a simpler way to do this, but thought I would ask, see if there are any awesome BHW members who could point me in the right direction.

Why don't you do it the other way round.Scrape emails from Facebook and LinkedIn.
