there are many restrictions in scraping facebook because facebook is very sensitive to bots.
still, if you want to scrape there are two ways: 1, find a software that works. 2. try to code by yourself using python.
in addition, you have to prepare some proxies and anti detect browser software as well.
mimic real visitors' behavior will last longer.
of course, you can buy some facebook accounts to expedite this process.

For FB you need a scraper that does javascript. Just plain html scrapers won't work.
Also : FB does not leak emails
So unless the emails are contained in the posts, it's a no-go
