Does anyone know of a tool that will scrape email addresses ONLY if the address contains a certain word? For example, say I want to scrape only email addresses with the word "racer" in the email address (i.e. racer4848@gmail.com, fastracer@gmail.com, 493racercar94830@gmail.com, etc.). I've been searching for this for 2 days with no luck, scrapebox seems like it can kind of do this but I think I have to scrape a ton of data and use another tool to extract the emails I want.

Can somebody recommend a tool that will scrape in this manner?

    Thanks!

If you have them on excel or access I think. You can do it with a simple formula.

You can do this in excel. Use conditional formatting-select by text based highlight cell by color, then go to sort and do a custom sort wit the rule to sort by cell color then sort.

ScrapeBox scrapes email addresses, and you can use keyword whitelists/blacklists

It can extract emails 4 different ways.

Extract emails from a loaded URL list
Extract emails by crawling a website X levels deep
Extract emails by crawling a list of urls/domains X levels deep
Extract emails from files on your computer like .txt or .sql files

thanks for the replies guys. Unfortunately I don't have a list of email addy's to work with yet, I'm hoping to find a solution that will scrape (from a list of websites or footprints) ONLY email addresses containing my keyword. I'm beginning to think that my only option is to just scrape a zillion emails and extract the ones I want.. this just seems so wasteful though!

I'm curious, are you trying to get the ones that have 'contact' or 'info' in them? So you can just mass email instead of using contact forms?
