Scraping Earlier Users

So, the last time I did this I remembered, but this time I forgot. So I am doing the follow unfollow thing, but what I forgot to do was to scrape my account in the beginning of people I follow that I want to keep on my whitelist. Now I am ready to unfollow followers, but I know in doing that, people I want to keep following from earlier (about 700) will get unfollowed. So is there a way to set the scrape settings to scrape more towards the beginning, or anyway to export a list of earlier followers to paste into the whitelist settings of followliker...or am I just going to have to scrape who I have now and weed out those who I want to keep or don't want to keep.
