So I'm no stranger to scraping websites. I loved just making em and trying to get around systems. Very fun to me. But I have a question about selling such data? How do people find people or companies to buy said data? It's very risky so I can't imagine you can just go up to a corporation and just ask it. I couldn't even think of even a community that is willing to buy data like that.

People usually find buyers through private groups or underground forums. Obviously you dont reach out to random companies like that. I know a forum that Im sure some people on this forum know but not sure I could mention it.
 
You can also package public data into useful reports or tools like price trackers or lead lists and sell them on platforms like Gumroad or to niche business owners.

selling scraped data is tricky and risky because most companies need it legally and ethically. people usually find buyers through niche forums, b2b marketplaces, or networks in their industry—but it’s much safer to focus on providing insights or aggregated info rather than raw personal data.
 
Wrap a service around. This requires a bit more effort but the benefit is well worth it if executed properly.
