Scraping Data of certain niche

Hi everyone, I am looking to pitch a service to course sellers. I have one avenue of outreach already locked down but really want to be able to access people who sell courses, mentorships and other related services via EMAIL.

Is there a way that I can scrape udemy poster emails or something? looking for legal ways obvs as all on a business venture.
