Scraping data from Freeindex and Cylex

I need some suggestions for scraping data from these business directories.I tried using Parsehub but got banned?When i open the sites with Parsehub im getting message that my IP is banned but i can access the pages from the browser.So im wondering if there is anyway to bypass this ban?

proxy and a VPN isn't working for this situation?

I have tried to do it with VPN didnt worked.Havent tried with proxy so far
