How can I quickly gather a large number of articles (Non-english) fast based on a keyword?

Basically I want to enter a keyword and get articles with that keyword from websites in google ?

Thats good. However, it doesn't solve my problem, because like I said, I need non-english articles. From websites on google other than google US . What then? Is there a such a tool ?
