scraping addresses from sitemap

Hi, I'm getting into local seo, and i've been collecting addresses manually over the past few days. Today I've found a site that collects all the postcodes in my country, and I want to scrape all the data and store it in a spreadsheet.

How do i do this? The page is sitemap.php. anyone have experience with this?

Scrapebox has a custom data grabber.  You can probably get the data you want with it. Here is a video

thanks mate but I'm using a mac so no scrapebox. Any way to do it via php?
