Scraping a forum for emails?

Hey guys!

Not sure if this is even possible, but im in a really targeted Niche and there is probably 1 maybe 2 large forums for my niche, over 300k members each.

Basically, Im currently building an email list to promote my Niche's monthly service( membership site ) which is $10/month.

I have about 20k emails and leads that opted in etc however i was curious IF its possible to scrape the site for more emails, i know this is a totally blackhat method and also frowned upon - however im curious to see how this is done and dont judge me but im interested in getting this done. I mean - hey this is a blackhat forum right?

If there is a more legit way of going about this, im ALL for it. but as of now, the more the merrier.

Other ways to get leads/traffic to my site from a forum is a signature link and private messaging? any other means of "gathering" members?

I'm pretty sure scrape box can do this. Search around for some tutorials on scraping forum emails with scrapebox.

Yep, Scrape Box can do it. If it's some sort of strange forum that Scrapebox can't work for, you could just hire someone on eLance for $3 an hour to do it for you.

okay so this IS called Scrapebox? and what does it do exactly? does it harvest the emails on the backend? or the emails that users post by accident.


And whats the policies on actually emailing these emails? this is straight blackhat correct? lmao excuse my ignorance, i just wanna make sure im following correctly

Judging by the fact you are asking about how to get the emails in the first place. And posting it in the wrong section on here, you are going to have a heck of a time inbox'ing those email addresses once you finally get them. Perhaps you should just quit while you are ahead.

Scapebox is a program anyone in IM should have, period. Although I NEVER use it for link building it is an awesome tool if you know what you are doing.

Ultramailer is a new one I'm trying out for this. there are many, GSA will do it too.
