Scraper Script (Twitter + News Websites)

So I need someone to create a scraper that will parse a list of Twitter accounts and a list of News Websites that I will input in the Frontend, and then it will give me a list of articles and tweets arranged by Topic.
We will use Text Analysis API or ChatGPT/OpenAI so that the script is able to group the tweets and website links by Topic based on the content of the tweets and articles.

But you can use anything you are familiar with that will get me the same result.

I need a simple Frontend on my website with the following:
Input Feilds:
- List of Twitter Accounts
- Minimum Number of Likes
- Minimum Number of Retweets
- List of News Websites
- Start Button
- Stop Button
- Parsing Interval

Output Fields:
- Column 1: Main Topic
- Column 2: Tweet or Article Description
- Column 3: Link to Tweet or Article
