Hi All,
I have a one-off specific job that I need doing.
I have a list of 15,000 Australian suburbs and states (eg Bondi, WA) and want to enter them each into this form domain.com.au/public/apm/default.aspx?mode=research. This will return results like apm.domain.com.au/Research/?AddressLine=bondi&LocationType=Suburb&State=NSW&SuburbId=5272 for the 'Bondi' example above.
So what I need returned is the following data:
Number of houses/units1936/7891House/unit sales ? last 12 months41/191Highest price paid ? last 12 months$5,350,000Lowest price paid ? last 12 months$245,000[h=2]Property Prices 12 months to September 2012[/h]
[TH="colspan: 2"] HOUSES [/TH]
[TH="colspan: 2"] UNITS [/TH]
[TH="align: left"] Median Prices [/TH]
[TH="align: left"] Long Term Trend [/TH]
[TH="align: left"] Auction Clearance Rates [/TH]
[TH="align: left"] Days on Market [/TH]
[TH="align: left"] Discounting [/TH]
One thing that needs to be addressed is if a suburb name exists in two different states. Eg if you put in Aberdeen, the results page is apm.domain.com.au/Research/SearchResult.aspx?AddressLine=aberdeen. So we need the correct one chosen based on the input (we will say Aberdeen, NSW or Aberdeen TAS - you need to differentiate)
Not sure whether proxies will be required.
If you can do please indicate your price and estimated delivery time.
