Scrapeox and proxies

I have owned scrapebox for a while now and I always hit the issue of not being able to get proxies to use, so I decided to look into getting some private proxies. I was just wondering if anybody can give advice of how I should be using proxies to try and avoid getting them blocked/detected? Also any recommendations on where the best place to get around 10 proxies and of course I am price sensitive!
