ScrapeJet sucks, don't buy it

at loopline

OK man, thank for the tutorial. I have watched many of your tutorials.
At the moment my test was very disappointing for the last few days.
I have bought 10 private proxies, left only wordpress platform in settings and entered 3 keywords + 1 URL + anchor as you described.

SJ is refreshing my proxies for 20 minutes and repeating this non-stop until I stop it.
Yesterday I was able to post 2 comments in 4-5 hours and today 0.
Support is slow like hell. Sorry but this is quite frustrating.

I have testes the proxies with proxy manager and it works fine. I also use this proxies with scrapebox and it works fine. I have a feeling something is wrong with my settings. I have already tried all the options that came to my mind.

Any idea?

Can you put the screenshot how would you set the settings menu in SJ if you would have 10 private proxies and you want some fast results?

Many Thanks

p.s. there is something definitely wrong with my ScrapeJet bacause it stops session automatically a few seconds after I click RUN.

Great

UPDATE: I have downloaded ScrapeJet files again and run it on default settings (except I choose wordpress platform for fast result) without any private proxies.
result: 1:23 h => 773 posted => 82 backlinks

It seams that my old files were corrupted or something..

Now we're talkin'

Anyway, it works great for any language, because of the great options. Also your comparing to NHSEO, NHSEO only uses wordpress (At least last time I checked and I bought a copy of it) and SJ uses multiple platforms in alphabetical order. So Wordpress has the most market share, so you will get the most links the fastest. So if you want to compare, then go into settings and uncheck all the platforms except wordpress. Then run it, it will make links faster on wordpress then the other platforms because there are more urls to post to on wordpress. Got to compare apples to apples and not compare apples to oranges.

Now now loopline, you know very well that NHSEO doesn't just support support Wordpress comments. You have a history of bending the truth in the pursuit of selling more copies of SJ.

NHSEO actually supports whois submissions, wordpress comments, wordpress trackbacks, MovableType, NoFollow Free, CommentLuv, KeywordLuv and TopCommenters with much more coming this week.

And you have a history advertising your product in other people threads, as seen in your post...

Loopline has nothing to do with the sales of ScrapeJet, who told you that?

It sucks hard! And when I asked for a refund he deactivated my license + as a bonus he deactivated my scrapebox license which I paid years ago. Now he doesn't answering my emails.

Mh strange... I also wrote them to get an refund. Scrapejet was useless for me because I can do all that stuff in Scrapebox and more efficient...

So I immediately get my refund, Scrapebox works still fine, no problems here...

I was correcting an obvious error in a post by someone that has been instrumental in posting good opinion about your tool. Loopline has admitted his business is reliant upon your tools succeeding and uses language that would lead most people to believe he is a spokesperson for your company.

Looplines emotional language when talking about SJ or any of your other tools would suggest he has a vested interest in your company. He has stated previously that his business is reliant upon your products succeeding and he often uses terms such as "we" in relation to you and your products that would lead anyone to think that he is a part of your company or at least has a vested interest in it. On your website you also have a link to the "unofficial" faq page which also happens to be owned by loopline.

I am not advertising anything so please stop trying to turn everything into an argument.

You do, but never mind. Don't say that I am turning anything into an argument when I post my opinion!

I just bought scrapejet and I had my first profile set up in a jiffy.

its working right now, so far...so good

I am still on the fence about buying scrapejet. With all the negative comments about it that I am finding, it makes me not want to buy it; but also scrapebox has been the best tool ever for me and the support is fantastic. I imagine since it is made by the same and the support seems the same it might be worth it.

Regarding NHSEO and the owner aka Jimbobo2779. Without promoting this software the owner is in my opinion one of the best. He will always answer his PMs and he cares about his product. I personally have nothing but good to say about this guy and the constant updating of his product.

@loopline not to burst your bubble but NHSEO uses more platforms than just Wordpress! In terms of platforms I am guessing that GSA has more than any other product on the market today. PS. I love your vids and tutorials. Your the best!

I have 4 SB licenses, but they still haven't refunded me for the POS that was scrapeboard. I expected better of the SB team to be honest. Scrapejet capitalizes on the inherent laziness in people, push one button and shoot to the top of the rankings and make bank while you sleep with shitty wordpress nofollow links. If I had been in IM around 10 years ago and had something like Scrapejet, fucking hell I would be rolling in it. In 2012 though, the most you can hope for is a giant slap from Penguin... :-(

I think I will get scrapejet and see how well it does. If its good then I will keep working with it. :D

When NHSEO started it only did wordpress. Thats when I bought it. Im not saying its bad, Id be the first to say I use scrapebox more then I use scrapejet for mass links. The value for me in scrapjet is the unique domains, not the mass links. Glad you like the vids. :)

If you truely honestly believe that, then you haven't done your testing for penguin and don't understand what it was about. I still successfully use every tool I used pre penguin and I still use them to rank my sites. Penguin didn't target a tool, or CMS directly, such as wordpress, or nofollow links. Nofollow links still rank sites, in fact I have ranked sites with almost 100% nofollow links, and for competitive terms.

10% of all new sites that come online every single day are wordpress, google can't ignore links from a CMS that large. Sure, a couple years a go, if I bombed the daylights out of a site with just blog comments, it would rank like mad. I owned spot #1 for the term "online banking" from almost all blog comments a couple years ago. Now google looks at more social and a broader links profile and has made steps to not make gaming them as simple as in the past, but nofollow wordpress comments and other blog platforms are still an important part of the link profiles I build for my sites and my customers. Given that all my customers ranks have only gotten better since penguin, and I still use scrapejet and scrapebox on their sites, I can definitely say don't believe what you read about any google update, just do your testing and believe what the results say. Google loves to lie to you and spread misinformation.

i still dont understand why people would buy this instead of scrapebox.

Depends on what your after. I use scrapebox for all kinds of things not at all related to link building. Scrapejet is nice in the set it up with a mass run and forget it for a week, then take those links and expand them with scrapebox for more internal links or higher pr links or lower obl or whatever. Its also great if you use legit comments, its a nice set and forget it for moderated commenting. It just depends on what your after. There are more clever ways to use any tool then what it appears on the surface. I don't use it how it comes out of the box, but then I dont' use any tool how it comes out of the box.

One would assume that a screw driver would be great for screwing in and unscrewing screws, but the other day i took it and hammered it thru a oil filter on my lawn mower to use it as leverage to unscrew the oil filter. Its not perhaps what it was designed for, but it worked great, as it has every other time I have done that. I treat seo tools the same, the tool is only as good as its master. Thinker Toys is an excellent book for this kind of thinking.

Tinker toys basic tip: List out everything you think a seo tool does, based on its specs. Then list out the opposite, and start working with the opposite of what is does as a thinking starting point to what you could possible use it for.

Also it appeals to noobs. I get emails and pms all the time cause of my vids and sites and stuff and Ill get emails like "what is scrapebox?" or "I want to better my rankings with scrapebox, if I buy it, how would I do that" To which I reply, well scrapebox is probably not the best tool for you, I would recommend scrapejet. Because clearly more basic point and click is going to save them time, and me too. lol

What do you mean by expand them with scrapebox?

I think you're a good guy loopline so I will just respectfully disagree with you. No one - neither you, nor I , nor anyone else - can say they truly know 100% what Penguin is ALL about. And it's the old nofollow/******** debate once again which has been done a million times, you know what camp I am in. Google doesn't credit links from WP specifically, just the comment links from sites on that CMS. Nowhere did I say that Google doesn't spread misinformation. I think we both agree that Google is the master of bullshit mongering. A couple years ago, yes, I also experienced the same results as you, ranking with Scrapebox alone, but nowadays I have actually damaged my sites by using SB alone on them.
