Scraped proxies for twitter?

So for awhile now iv'e been using private proxies with my twitter accounts. It gets kinda expensive though. I noticed that there is a guy here on the BWH that sells a updated list of public proxies. Since he has his website set up with a restAPI system, I was thinking of maybe building a app to get the proxies, test them for twitter and save them on my computer. I just was curious if anyone is already doing this. Maybe if it is being used to much already I shouldn't waste my Cool time. Also, do you think my accounts will get suspended if I change proxies every day?
One more thing...testing a proxies with twitter.com should be enough right? Or do you have to check them with subdomains also, for example m.twitter.com.

How many accounts do you have? (curious) I would still recommend using private proxies if you're handing over 10 accounts. If you're handling a couple then let you don't have to use private proxies

I currently have 700 accounts. Going to expand to 1k though.

I'd be extremely cautious in doing this. It's likely that the accounts you have currently are basically "geo-locked" to the proxy IPs and their locations. If you were to grab 500 or 1k open proxies and start trying to login, you'd probably run into a lot of roadblocks as they'd be from different locations than your private proxies on almost every single one probably. If you have the information to the accounts, you may be able to get around that, but you'll end up having to do it every time you login. After a while they'll usually end up banning the accounts regardless if that's the case. I'm not saying it wouldn't work, because I don't work with/on Twitter, so I can't say how strict their security is on that kind of stuff, but Google, or Facebook for example, that'd never fly on either of those. If you really want to, try it, but only try on a few accounts at first and see how it goes. If you don't have any trouble, then maybe start to switch over more and more and you can get rid of the private proxies, but I would definitely keep them, and only try a few accounts at first so you don't wind up losing them all in one shot.

Hey...thanks a lot...akacash. I might try it and see what happens. How close do they get with the GEO locking? If i use proxies from the same country, would that be enough? Or does if have to be closer than that?
