So I have bought scrapebox from this forum thread. Tested and no results gained on really good ranking sites, which allowing comment posting. Since I have took a real loan to buy this tool with hope to get "fast" results as claiming over their website and thread, I emailed them about refund I want to get with detailed my situation. (And I was hoping for understanding me) But no compromises were found. So, I've opened a claim in Paypal, and for my stupidity shared their official website instead of BHW thread link with no refund policies. During next 15 days Paypal claim was figure out to my lose. They have received my money again, but decided to cancel my Scrapebox membership forever, no matter they own my money.

I can't describe how unfriendly and illogical this situation is, but I won't leave it. Tough times may happen to everyone, and when such persons making a lot more tough... Testosterone levels are rising up! Guys.

So, I need help, do it is possible to check who owns "Scraped Media Pty Ltd" somehow? I need Full name, address would also fine. To take further actions. Because this is absolutely SCAMing! and personally I can't understand how it is possible to act like this.

I dont see how it is scamming. Its partly your own fault if you think that just buying a simple tool can help you to get fast rankings easily. Scrapebox is a tool that is not easy to learn and use and right from the start if I remember correctly they do not have any kind of refund policy on their sales page.

and what do you mean by subscription fee? Isn't scrapebox just a one-time fee?
 
What action do you intend to take exactly? They have a very clear refund policy, in which they will only issue a refund within the first 14 days if you (with their help) are unable to get the program running, all other sales are final.

Also, if you took time to read their terms you'd realise that starting a chargeback at PayPal was going to lose you your license:

9. CHARGEBACKS AND PAYMENTS

Client permanently and irrevocably waives any and all right to use the software or services once a Chargeback (that is, a disputed, reversed or contested charge with the applicable bank, credit card, charge card or PayPal payment) is issued, and the client will be blacklisted from utilizing any products or services provided by ScrapeBox.com or Scraped Media Pty Ltd indefinitely. The client also forfeit's any further right to a refund from ScrapeBox.com or Scraped Media Pty Ltd if the client chooses to escalate or contest the purchase with their applicable bank, credit card, charge card or PayPal. Likewise the client waives any right to a refund or compensation if the license is terminated in accordance with the license terms outlined on this website.

They do claiming subscription fee is for lifelong, but they have canceled my subscription - membership, and I can't use scrapebox tool anymore. It requires me to activate it again, I did it many times, but no response. I wrote to support - no response. They just ignoring me, and furthermore own my money. Now a loan is hanging & soon will be need to repayment. so... what to do? here is what I;m doing at the moment looking for another loan provider to cover this one. nice? huh

Which is the website you bought it from. Surely you'd at least have a skim through the terms and conditions & policy. Especially looking at bits which contained information about refund policy and chargebacks before going through with one?
 
By friendly meaning here should be understand terms and other policy based by scrapebox.com
I was willing to get good and fast results as claiming over your products sale threads/pages/websites so no any thinking about chargeback opening.

But since there is no "friendly understand for me"
and by clear laws! here is no any terms, or any notice about to agree with scrapebox.com terms
as I said I screwed by putting official scrapebox.com in paypal claim

Furthermore I don't get how it is decided to take money & not give any service. How you must to feel by doing this? I'm talking about running legal

Mate you are totally nuts, you cant expect blog commenting to boost you straight to the front page in 2013!

Leave their poor support team alone, also leave paypal out of this.

Ok leave me 60usd to my paypal account, and will forget about it. Money is not coming from the sky...

I wouldn't be such angry if these guys could bring my license back. But seems they want negative responses for their official Name.
Sorry, but I'm scammed!
And this is a perfect clue for potential buyers for what they may face.

Any potential buyer that comes across this thread will just see everyone disagreeing with you.

You bought a product which has a clearly set-out refund policy (they will only refund if Scrapebox wont run on your system), you decided the product doesn't suite your needs (this does not qualify you for a refund), so you filed a chargeback and because of this your license was revoked.

I still fail to see what Scrapebox has done wrong, but I'm out, I can see this is like talking to a brick wall.
 
You purchased a product and tried to get a refund that does not meet the refund requirements. Having failed that, you tried to scam Scrape box by then attempting to force a refund via opening a dispute. As this did not go your way, obviously due to a very well stated refund policy, you are now coming on to the forums in an attempt to try and get some revenge.

In reality, you are an idiot. You do not get special treatment. A refund policy is a refund policy that applies to all people. If you do not meet the requirements then why do you expect them to make an exception for you?

Again, you are the one who tried to scam Scrape box. They said not to a refund, and you went behind their back. PayPal, seemingly for once, made the right decision.

Also, did I seriously read that right, you took a "loan" out to buy the software? Boy, have you got problems on your hands. Not to mention, by telling us that you have a loan out on this software, your attempt at trying to scam Scrape box and force a refund seem to indicate this is what you may have been planning to do all along ? so that you could repay your loan.

TL;DR: You're a scammer, Piss off.
 
OP get over it.
You bought a tool, which you didn't really understand how to use.
Many people tried to help you use it but you were still not able to work it.
Their was nothing wrong with the program so you aren't entitled to a refund.
You didn't read the TOS before making your PayPal claim so you have nobody to blame but yourself.
It is no point trying to bad mouth the company because there are many many people happily using the software daily.
Don't waste your time now, just swallow your loss and move on.

There is a lot other guys who were asking for refund, not only me! make a search over search engines!

Seems like this guy got what is goin on a bit. I don't have time for such spamming, but the truth is that there(on BHW forum scrapebox tool thread) is no any term or notice to agree with srapebox.com terms. I don't know what is scrapebox.com never bought any products from there.

You seem to be a new guy in the Town. So you are planning to rank your site just on the basis of Blog Commenting? Wake up, its 2013. You need to learn more on how to SEO than to blame the developer for the same.
Scrapebox is owned by a respected member of this forum and your accusation sounds so damn lame that its not even funny..

Well I think the only way of you getting your money back is by making a creditcard chargeback :) I feel your frustrations! Next time try to communicate a little bit more.

you did not get a refund, it happend worse to me, they disabled my software and did not refund me at all because I asked too many questions

it happened to my friend too, who lives in same town as me, thy blocked him too, and he never got his money back, it says scrapebox cant communicate with server.....apparently what they do is they completely block your ip, or even worse, they plant a trace on your computer so they know you are using same computer again.
Same problem as on my computer, i cant even run the scrapebox and input my paypal transaction number anymore....they completely blocked it, and I have variable IP that changes every day...I can go to another city, it is still blocked.....

is it legal to plant some stuff on your computer, who knows what data access they have on your computer, if you see strange things suddenly happening on your computer, you should suspect scrapebox...
