Most likely really noobish questions here, so I ask of you to forgive my overwhelming ignorance, I'm just an average Joe trying to make some money to afford college.
Got a website/got on Amazon affiliates/got Email Scraper... now, I obviously don't have a list of opt-ins. Any leads on how to mass-send these emails and the risks regarding spamming them (black list/blocked/ip ban)? What I'd like is some way to deliver the message to these targeted scraped emails somewhat safely, or at least without long-lasting ripercussions. Open to any kind of idea. Thank you.
