Scraped/Crappily Spun articles for my parasite

I was wondering whether I can rank a parasite using only articles scraped with automation software (about 60%<) uniqueness ? No social signals, no web 2.0s just plain GSA campaign with lots of scraped s**t. I would use it on my first tier, of course. Or do I need to do manual spins (90%+) these days to get job done ?

It might work few years ago but not today with Googles Panda, Penguine updates.

use good quality spun content 90% unique maybe.
