how do i tell if its nonfollow or follow?

I read a few comparison threads on here recently and decided AMR + Scrapebox were no-brainer purchases. Not only are they very useful, but they are one-time cheap buys.

Once I master those and see what my sites are doing, I'll look around for more services.

I still manually submit to web2.0 sites, but I'm using articles I spun with AMR.
