Scrapebox...

So i haven't used SB for a LONG TIME and i forgot how to use it. Assuming u have a decently sized autoapprove list, I was wondering how do u blast.

For instance if you have 1000 urls, and you have 10 websites to promote.

Fill out names, emails, comments, then websites and bloglist what do you put?

For names would be anchor text (if ur using autoapprove). How do you set it up so you can distribute those 1000 to 10 websites?

peole that do sb services usually tell me to make it http://domain.com{keyword|keyword2}

so do i just paste that somewhere?

and 2. When do you need proxies for the following:

Checking PR
Commenting

if im goign to try and get an autoapprove list do i need proxies still since my comments will just be bogus ones so i can check a verified link i may put google.com as my link. I have a HUGE List. I mean i'll still be using public proxies.

And when i do have an autoapprove list do i still need private proxies, or can i just use public ones since it's autoapprove?

for posting, put this in the WEBSITE filed, and in the NAMES field you can put whatever you want - it will be ignored

how many private proxies would you need to run a list of 1million urls to build a list of auto approve rates. Would u mix in public proxies?

yourprivateproxy is down so i don't know any alterantives.
