Hello guys

Who use scrapebox software?

I'm facing a three days error (unable to communicate with the scrapebox server)

Are they down?

I'm waiting their response for three days but no luck ..maybe because of a new year holiday or something ..i would love if they notified us that they will take off temporary

All the functions on the software r disabled

How to fix such an issue

both primary and secondary servers there are in great shape and have been. Scrapebox never shuts things down, they work literally 365 days a year, no exceptions.

If you go to help >> test server connection, do you have 6 green lights?

basically something is stopping scrapebox from communicating with the servers and you need to find the offending program and whitelist scrapbox in it. It could also be your router. Be sure to whitelist and not just disable security software.

if the issue caused by my other programs that already on my PC wondering why the scrapebox worked just fine in the first days

how i could figure out what programs offending scrapebox to be able to whitelist it

Well if 3rd party software, like security software did an update, then it could now be blocking. Or if you updated scrapebox to the new version it could be blocking due to some component in the new version.

I replied 2 other threads you posted in, probably not useful to post the same question in 3 or more threads.
 
Maybe someone answers me here...I have not used Scrapebox for years, but wanted to check something and...my licence doesnt activate, even though I didnt move it anywhere. So according to activation process window I provided my name, paypal e-mail and transaction ID. And...nothing. I've been trying this over and over again many times, day after day. Still nothing! I also sent several e-mails to support, several contact forms, absolutely no reaction, no reply.
What is going on?!

Support always responds, in 24 hours. So either its been less then 24 hours or they are in your spam folder.

You version of scrapebox is probably too old to work with the licensing servers. So just download the latest version and try. Also whitelist @scrapebox.com

it seems they dont like me ;) have no idea why. I have @scrapebox.com whitelisted, I try to activate Scrapebox 2.0.0.106. Im sending activation request every day, then it is marked as "We are currently processing your activation request..." and next day: again, Sceapebox doesnt start, I have to send activation request again... I also e-mailed them, was sending contact form many times and absolutely no response, no activation. As for me it seems they either ignore me totally or disappeared...

Well your ip may be blocked at this point from activations. Not from support.

Scrapebox has to manually look at every activation request and see if its the right info and other things.

If you submit and it doens't work the first time something is wrong.

Either

1 - your submitting the wrong details

or

2 - you have already used your free transfer for this month.

When you do the activation you will get an email on every failed or successful activation, it will go to the license email. So if you look at the email inbox for the license email, it is likely full of emails (or its spam folder is), each one probably saying the same thing, but they will all say the reason why it was not activated. This is built into the licensing system, so you are at the very least receiving these emails.
 
so why Im not receiving ANY email? It is just impossible, I have one paypal e-mail, I purchased Scrapebox paying from this e-mail, I have transaction ID and still try to activate SB without any result, without any answer from them. I even sent them e-mails and filled support forms. Nothing, still nothing. I have whitelisted all e-mailboxes from @scrapebox.com domain, I've been checking spam folder, absolutely no response from them.

I mean the licensing system is an automated email so those just work. The support emails are obviously a person replying.

When you submit the license does it say "successfully submitted" or does it give some other message?

Also the no valid license text in the bottom right hand corner, what color is it?

Yes, it says: "Your activation was successfully sent. Activation of your licence can take 12 hours, please be patient".

Our primary server suffered a hardware failure today which caused an outage, the server has had 100% uptime since 2017 so this is the first outage we have had in years. However the datacentre has replaced the failed hardware and the server is back online, so ScrapeBox.com and the software are now functioning as normal.

Also we have released a new ScrapeBox version which has further redundancy to allow it to run if ever we encounter another outage in the future.
