this topic's been beaten to death several times. just do a search for them.
xrumer's definitely the most popular one though.
but scrapebox is the cheapest.

Do you recommend using them all at the same time though, because I was thinking of getting xrumer and scrapebox together? Or will they conflict with one another, sorry newbie here. 
Definately get Scrapebox!
However Xrumer is a little more tricky to run from what I've read on BHW. Not only is it expensive but there's a HUGE learning curve and database building that you will need to go through after you buy it.
I'd recommend getting some of the more experienced people on here to blast/create verified links for you for a fraction of the cost when you need to build links. That's what I'm doing (spent less than $100 so far).
Then you can concentrate your time on your next site and creating content for it.
