Scrapebox Wonder Wheel scraper problems

I wonder why SB Wonder Wheel scraper doesn't let to merge searches.
It scrapes one keyword at a time, and when i add a keyword for next search it erases previous search.
If I save file by "adding to scrapebox list", it deletes previous list and import this one, instead of adding to a previous search.

Any way around it, so i don't create billions of files for each single keyword scraped?

- how to merge wonderwheel keywords lists
- and how to remove duplicates
