How many comment will i able to post with 500gb bandwith from vps ?

a lot, no one can give you a number because some blogs have closed comments some don't load or are to big and some delete your comments if you use the same IP to post
 
if you run out of bandwidth upgrade. But You will probably be great with 500 gigs of bandwidth

Lol, ya.. it's before coffee time. My comments are {generic|slow|basic|minute}.. but I wouldn't worry about eating up 500gb commenting. Should be just fine.
 
Realistically, 1 million+ comments.... I use currently 50GB per month on my home computer, and I do about 100,000 comments each month. Could be anywhere from 1Million to 2 million comments SUBMITTED.
 
Small tip: Don't load images in slow comment mode. This will save you at least 50% of bandwidth
