Scrapebox with 30 semi dedicated proxies

Maybe someone can help me...
I am a total newbie in scrapebox, Im starting this today haha

Can someone please help me with my scrapebox settings using 30 semi dedicated proxies to scrape google?
What settings should I use?

Adjust max Conn from the port settings and I think you gotta reinstall scrapeboz

Why did you said that I need to reinstall scrapebox?

It all depends on your computer cpu, memory, and internet speed. When scrapping Google I usually use 1 connection per proxy as google is quick at banning proxies if it detects too many connections. Further, in the search engine list for harvester, I use bing, yahoo, and duckduckgo also.
In the "connections" settings, select around 30- 40 Connections. I think if your internet is fast enough, you wont need more threads.

For now I only use scrapebox to found expired tumblr urls.

My computer cpu: INTEL CORE i7 4770K (3.5GHZ)
RAM: 32GB DDR3
Internet: 100Mbps

Im using 30 semi dedicated proxies from buyproxies
Im using 1500 keywords list

This is my current settings:





Where do I set 1 connection for Google and around 30-40 connections?
And the rest of the settings is fine?

You can the detailed harvester. Then you need a delay, probably 10 is good to start with 30 proxies, might be able to go lower, but you can test. Detailed harvester will auto be set to 1 connection, so you don't have to worry about the connections.

Btw, it happened something weird today, I selected bing, yahoo and duckduckgo too to find some expired tumblr blogs and I have found one with PA54 and with 131k backlinks, great find! It said "Available" but when I tried to register I couldnt, appeared that username is taken. I tried with some PA40+ too and got same problem. Im so sad lol. Does it happened with anyone else? Thanks!

these blocked accounts

When you "Copy" settings, it places them in a "scrapbook" that remembers them even between Finale sessions.
You can paste them into as many other documents as you like.

These are banned accounts that Tumblr will never let you register again. These are usually banned for being too spammed. Don't let this discourage you. You can find good Tumblrs even if they do not have big PA. Try to verify the backlinks profile. This is more important than PA.

loopline, I decided to test with 100 semi dedicated proxies. So using this, I still need to use detailed harvester right? But what I need to put in Delay? Can I leave 0 using 100 proxies?
How about the general settings, should I leave as default?

Is now running for 1h and is still in letter "a". Is it normal?

General settings can be default 100 proxies is probably fine with no delay, but it depends on the query and the proxies. See google changes the rules all the time, so I can't say X or Y will work for sure, its just a guideline.

Ultimately you have to do a little testing and see, but if you need a delay then you probably wont' need much.

Using server proxies will just skew everything. If you want to use server proxies thats fine, but I would run a separate instance using server proxies. So 1 instance with private proxies and 1 with server proxies and run different connections on each. Mixing server proxies and private proxies doesn't really make sense to me.

Was that article current? A few years ago you could run 20 connections with 100 proxies, but today you would want to run 1 or 1 plus a delay. Im guessing that article was old or they are doing short bursts of only a few queries and thus not getting banned. But 10 connections on 100 proxies for long term large harvests is going to equal limited results with 100% proxy ban rate. But you would use the custom harevster and go to settings >> connections timeouts and other settings - and you can adjust the harvester settings, you might want to try 10 with server proxies and see how it goes.
