Scrapebox & Update (1.14.49) problem no reply from support

When i updated to Scrapebox 1.14.49 the moment i started again the program it crashed asking for drive F:/1.txt (the specific computer doesn't have an F drive)

Even i did send a support message, i never got a reply

So i downloaded and installed a virtual drive soft. , created an F drive and the program worked OK. I then fallback to the previous version

With this i wanted to add my notice that even at the start i was very pleased with the support of Scrapebox, now i see that my messages are ignored or at least not answered even after many days.

Scary stuff..lol..

Mine is working fine with latest update. I am harvesting actually as I am typing this.

I face the same problem. I just download and reinstall again.

Funny, that build with the problem was on the server for 10 minutes before i realized and updated it. I got 5 emails about the F:/1.txt error and sent everyone the exact same email template with the solution in minutes. What's your email address OP?

Either you did not email me, or my email is in your spam folder because every email about that is replied to.
