Scrapebox + Twitch = Email address?

Unless they share the email address on the "About" page, i don't think so. The email address they're registered with is not publicly available. But they usually share their Instagram, Twitter profile, in those bios sometimes you can find their email address. Or some of them have their homepage shared on the "About" page, there you might also be able to find their email address.

Thank you for the response. Do you think there is another tool that would accomplish this goal? Appreciate any advice.

The issue isn't with SB, but with the availability of the data. Since the email addresses aren't publicly available, those cannot be scraped with any tool.

What is your goal?
As the other person said, if the mail is in plain text of twitch about page the SB can easily scrape that.
Is there any place where the streams hide their address through a button?
