Scrapebox Tutorials?

Does anyone have any tutorials on Scrapebox? Not how to post comments but stuff like:

-How to get high PR .edu and .gov backlinks
-How to have a high success posting rate

Etc.

Anyone have anything like this? Or is anyone considering posting a guide like this soon?

I bought scrapebox and have been using it for about a week now.

It already comes with custom footprints for finding .edu .gov websites, just select the custom footprint (and choose the edu / gov one), then put in the keyword you want to scrape.
