Scrapebox took our money

For no reason we lost 99 usd we paid 2 years ago via paypal. Sudenly the just disabled the licence. Out of nowhere.
We asked them for support for one of the problems we faced with program. After complaining it is not working they just disabled the licence of the program. We asked for refund. We never received anything. THey stopped replying to our email.
Where to report this company. THey are doing fraudulent activities. If you buy a program they cant just disable it for complaining. If they do, they should give you a refund. WHat kind of customer service is this? I am posting this here cause I see many threads talking about scrapebox.

it is a pure scam.....the rip us off completely. 99 usd is a lot of money...what is the point of doing that?
