scrapebox tokens

apparantly if you use things like %BLOGURL% and %BLOGTITLE% in the text of your comments then on the blog the tokens are replaced with content specific to the blog you are commenting on.

The thing is I cant seem to get the tokens to work in comments is there a specific way to type these? do i need html tags or do they just not work and its a myth?

This is correct way to type them but many blog admins are blocking html or specific tags, leaving just basic bold, italic and underline tags.
