scrapebox support sucks

they always ignore or don’t reply with the issues that I face, (and probably yours too)
even though I seriously want some fix or update.

they are like 'ah~ what the fuck, we're scrapebox. just shut up and use it or not'.
with 10 emails I sent, I get barely 1 reply from them.

so basically they reply if they want or have a time to reply otherwise just ignoring.
what the heck is this service?

I like the tool and using it for long time but their support or update gets sucks and sucker.

it's very disappointing.

In the otherhand, GSA always replies in a day most of time,
Seriously take care of your issues, always there for you.

I am just pissed off with their attitude and writing here.

What is your email or the first 5 digits of your transaction id so i can check what's happening?

hope you guys respond to the support email as fast as you do now here on bhw.

if you don’t want to do support through the email, just remove it.

Otherwise it seems that you guys only care about the reputation in the meantime ignoring customers on emails.

We respond to hundreds of emails per day, some customers are up to over 200 support emails for a license they paid $47 for in 2009. We also have over 150 tutorial video's on how to use ScrapeBox also the hundreds of threads here on BHW so there's tons of help available.

So you complain we are too slow and when we reply you are now complaining we are too fast and wont give the info we asked for so i can assist? Damned if you do...

Yes understand this thing. I have scrapebox from 2014. Bought it for 47 or 57$ don't remember. It's one time cost.
If I keep pinging them for small issues and they have 200 people like me which email them for small problem.
Do you expect support reply?
Even if they do in 1-2 days u should feel good

yeah 1-2 days? excellent.

what I complain is that they totally ignore emails.

i don’t ask for simple how to- i’m not a newbie on sb.

i reported about the issues that not working on sb and pissed off being ignored by them.

i don’t care about the issue now. because i’m complaining about bad support, not that i want you to solve my issues.

I don't understand how you can just ignore a customer's report about issues on your product. it helps sb further.

if you don't want to reply, just remove the email support. this is what im saying.

don't know if there's any chance of your new product but I won't never buy yours since i know what your mind about your business.

he's literally saying because this was cheap, get cheap service.
great business mind.
now I understand why it always has slow updates and bugs which never fixed.
