im not scammer - firstly i contact support to refund money about scrapeboard

but not answer and i make claim in paypal to refund my money

the scrapebox support disable my account in scrapebox and scrapeboard

and i contact him and close the claim in paypal

and 3 day left and not answer me and i make this thread

now the support send me message and speak about hack ? what hack ? why he not answer me in 3 day ? who is the scammer

I understand your situation but you should not have opened a THREAD calling them as SCAMMERS ??

You could have opened to let them know your SB isnt activated.

You wont get your Refund after 3 months , but atleast could have got it activated.

This has F*cked it even more for ya.

But maybe if sweetfunny see's this shit he'll give your money back.

He's doing a very legit job now some of his money is on hold by paypal and he needs to explain why its happening. all because of you.

Its the other way around:
In case you didnt know what you're doing is scamming.

using a software for 3 months and asking for a refund is an act of scamming! not unless of course when the software has 3months money back guarantee lol

To be honest it's your own fault. You shouldn't have started a PayPal dispute in the first place. I presume you submitted it as an unauthorised transaction which is what SweetFunny meant by telling them you were hacked.

I'm not at all surprised she did that, if you would have just been patient and e-mailed her you might have gotten somewhere. The dispute was unnecessary.

I know for a fact she didn't scam you, she is a really respected member here and nobody else has had a problem with it.

its not hack i make the claim after contact scrapebox support be cause the scrpeboard not work good

if the support check all my message he will find that and solve the problem
 
dont go around pointing fingers to people especially to the ones who has very good names. People will come and crucify you(i think thats whats already happening lol)

He probably blocked you on PM. be patient and find another way to contact him

I seriously understand there side why they deactivate your license. First of all you directly File a dispute on paypal without even directly contacting them first.

That's a bullshit reason to claim dispute directly on paypal because scrapeboard didn't work. You could first speak to them then ask for refund.
 
i found the problem - when i make the claim in paypal i choose An unauthorised

and that word mean the account hack - and im not good in english

its my fault i speak now with support and the problem will solved soon

If you want the programmes reactivated CLOSE THE DAMN DISPUTE.

Of course nothing is going to work when you have a dispute open.
