Scrapebox support not answer me

the problem
i was purchased Scrapebox last year and work good with it
before 3 month i purchase scrapeboard and not work good with me
i was make claim in paypal to refund my money (about scrapeboard)
scrapebox support remove my license in both programs scrapeboard and scrapebox .
now i cancel the claim in paypal and contact scrapebox support to Reactive the programs scrapebox and scrapeboard but not answer me .

Did you just do a chargeback in paypal without contacting them because you could not get the program to work correctly? Really?? Seriously dude that is just wrong....Those chargebacks cost money......

dont fuck with other peoples paypal especially with a reliable company like scrapebox i would have deleted your licenses too and removed all your backlinks and sent FBI!!!
and their customer service rocks they always reply sometimes takes a while have patience... and do not do somethn that stupid again!!!
