Scrapebox submitter alternative?

Hi,

I just read a thread in the Buy, Sell, Trade forum and someone selling Wordpress and Blog Engine lists just mentioned on a side note that they did not use Scrapebox for submitting comments to BE blogs. Apparently, that person was using a BE submitter that is significantly faster when compared to Scrapebox. Does anyone have an idea what submitter was referred to?

Scrapebox now has a fast submitter for BE blogs. I can submit 35K in 1 hour.
