scrapebox slow posting can I speed it up?

break down the list into smaller ones and simply open up additional instances of scrapebox. it could also be your proxies that are making it slow.

First, ask the obvious. Are you using slow poster?
Also, you may consider using something like XP-Antispy to change your connection limit if you haven't already done so.
Second, adjust your timeout settings and max connection settings to get the most using your connection and your computer. There's a lot of processing going in, so it very well could be your PC.

or buy a $100 computer off a noticeboard and put it to work 24/7, thats what I eventually did

Why would he? If you could configure slow poster to be multi-threaded x1-x5 it would be great.

Yep, this is the way to go, is what I did also. I bought two copies of SB, one for my laptop to harvest and one for an older machine that just runs in the bedroom. Works out well.

thats what iam actually doing.
As it is said earlier, launch multiple instances of scrapebox.
How to ?
-Duplicate Scrapebox folder (example : c:\scaprebox2)
- Execute scrapebox.exe from the new folder (scrapebox2) and the original scrapebox
This way you will gain much speed
.
Also, check the Latence of your Proxies (they should be under 800 ms).
Another tip
Don't forget that you can easily split a big file in several split files (export url menu). Usually, I dont load more than 50K URLs. Takes about 1-2 hours. And it avoids having a nervous breakdown if SB crashes heh.
