Could someone explains about the difference between the slow and fast commenter of the scrapebox?

While we start to post, it starts with fast posting then comes with slow commenter. Why the scrapebox changes to slow commenter mode? Please advice on this, thanks in advanced.

If it can't post fast, it tries with slow commenting - reading the actual page and trying to post.

As said, there is an option to enable/disable slow after fast is done.
Slow poster is more accurate, reads the page, deals with captcha (you need to update your profile for that ) etc etc.Slow poster will also comment on drupal and any platform you have taught sb to comment.
