The best advice I can give with the program as a new user is to make sure that you start out with unique content (don't just scrape an article until you know what you're doing) and use the social network submitter and article directory tools, then fire off a round of bookmarks and go from there.

With a bit of work you can also create some really nice link wheels which I've still shown can give you a great boost in rank when used properly.

With all of this though don't get too overzealous at the start, SENuke can Nuke your site fast if you use it wrong, avoid forum profiles like the plague until you've got link wheels mastered.
