how do I know when my ip gets blocked?

is there a way to remove urs without p/r from the list? also what is more important url or domain pr?

I have a few sites I've been using scrapebox on and their new so they jump up and down like crazy but many of them are sticking in the top 5 positions after only a few weeks. But I also diversify my link sources and that's the key i believe. Google is looking to make sure links are coming from a variety of sources, so if you pump 1000 links out there all on blog comments it will look suspicious but 1000 links coming from blogs, social bookmarks, linkwheels, directories etc.. then it's more natural.

If you use DSL it would be a good feature to have ip changer this way everytime your ip got block it will change the ip automatically. But the easy way is to go with private proxies that SB recommends.
