Wait for them to be picked up naturally. In the meantime, you should build more links
And be sure to run the link checker right after posting. Once you run it, export the 'found' entries. They are your auto-approved gems

It really depends on your list to which your blasting. Some will approve your links (assuming the comments are written with great 'skills') within a day, a week or some won't simply approve it

Usually it takes 2-3 weeks for the links to index.

There is no time period for when they get picked up. Some might get picked up in a day. Others will never be recognized by google.
It probably looks like a logarithmic curve. Someone needs to jump on that and plot it out for us
Unfortunately, we don't even know what google picks up and gives us credit for. We have indicators, but they don't tell the whole story.

I found indexing times are usually around 3-4 weeks but some links need the extra push, sometimes I backlink to them in other comments to help them rank.
Those autoapprove links are key, ideal for indexing new sites or webpages.
